Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our porcelain pieces, we accept returns only under specific conditions.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or refunds if:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The item received is incorrect (wrong product sent)
If your order meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Items damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery
Normal variations in shape, color, texture, or glaze caused by handcrafted production
Items returned without prior approval
Orders requested for return after 7 days from delivery
Final sale or limited edition items (if stated at purchase)
Please note:
Natural variations are a signature of handcrafted porcelain and are not considered defects.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact us with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will provide further instructions.
If the return is approved due to damage or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, refunds will be issued and a new order can be placed separately.
